Metch – Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of their personal data collected by Metch Information Technology Company (“Metch”) through Meta products (such as Facebook Login or other Meta integrations).
Who can use this page?
Any user who has logged in to Metch using Facebook (Meta) or whose data was shared with Metch through Meta products can request data deletion by following one of the methods below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Email Request
Send an email to privacy@metch.sa with the subject line: Data Deletion Request, including the following details:
- Your full name
- The email address used with Metch (if applicable)
- Your Facebook User ID (if available)
Tip: You can find your connected apps and user ID in Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
Remove Access via Facebook
You can also remove Metch’s access to your Facebook data directly:
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Select Metch.

Click Remove.
This stops future data sharing. To delete data already stored by Metch, please also submit a request through Option A or B.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving a valid request, Metch will delete personal data obtained via Meta integrations from its active systems, including identifiers, profile information granted through permissions, and any associated records tied to your Meta account—unless retention is required by law or for legal defense purposes.
Processing Time
Requests are processed promptly and completed within 30 days, unless legal or security obligations require a longer period. You will be notified once deletion is complete or if additional verification is needed.
Identity Verification
To protect your privacy, Metch may ask you to verify ownership of the Facebook account (or the associated email/phone number) before completing your request.
